Making Changes to your Corporate Information
On occasion, corporations may need to change the information previously filed with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. It is important that the correct form is used to notify the Ministry of the changes to your corporation.
In addition to periodic corporate information updates, most corporations are required to file an annual information return.
