Service Standards Initiative

Across the government, we’re taking steps to position Ontario for the future by creating faster, smarter and more streamlined government services. 

An important component of this initiative is to develop service standards that support both business and public needs to promote predictability and transparency throughout the service delivery process. 

With stakeholder input and feedback, we’ve improved the consistency, quality and accessibility of over 700 business and resident service standards across 22 ministries. These service standards can now be easily accessed by ministry, service standard category or keyword.  

We will continue working to make our services faster, smarter and easier.
