How do I apply for Ontario Works?
There are three ways you can apply for Ontario Works:

- in person
- by phone
Are you eligible to receive Ontario Works?
Before you start the application process, find out if you may be eligible for Ontario Works. Complete the first part of our Online Application for Social Assistance.
You must be at least 16 years of age to apply for Ontario Works. If you are under 16 years old, please contact your local Ontario Works office.
