Condominium Act, 1998
The Condominium Act, 1998 came into force on May 5, 2001. Materials were developed to assist staff and clients of the Land Registration System with the registration of the various types of condominiums permitted under the Act. The material includes registration checklists, sample plans, sample declaration schedules and sample PIN's, parcels and abstracts for each type of condominium. Leasehold Condominiums:
Please see the Standard Condominium Section for sample plans. Leasehold plans were not developed, as the only difference is the type of condominium. The word used will be "Leasehold" instead of "Standard". The sample schedules shown here are in addition to the schedules required and shown in the Standard Condominium section.
