ServiceOntario’s Integrated Business Services Application allows you to:
Search for business names that have been registered
Register or renew your business name, get a Master Business Licence and, if eligible, apply for additional accounts with different government bodies
Before You Start
To search for, register or a renew a business name you will need:
A printer to print the Receipt, Summary Registration, Profile Summary, Master Business Licence and/or the Enhanced Business Name Report
A valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)
Additional Information
If your business is commencing after June 30, 2010, RST is no longer applicable and you will need to contact CRA to register your business for the HST. Visit the CRA website or call 1 800-959-5525 for more information regarding the HST
The Master Business Licence or the Enhanced Business Name Search Report is a PDF file that can be printed or saved to a personal computer
