About the ONe-key Service

ONe-key provides one common approach to the identification and authentication of citizens and businesses for Ontario government programs. This service is designed to be a common access point for Ontario programs. A client can log in once and be able to access the Ontario programs with which they have or do business. This is known as the “Registration” phase and is the first step by which the client must establish a One-key ID and password before accessing any programs. Users of this service can create a single ID for multiple programs or different IDs per program.

To enhance the client experience, ONe-key is personalized so that once logged in you will only see the information you are entitled to view. By providing secure online access to program accounts that Ontario residents need to access regularly, the ONe-key service assists ServiceOntario in improving Ontario residents satisfaction and trust in government. Ontario residents will see an increase in efficiency, and a reduction in the amount of time they have to spend performing routine transactions.
