Adoption Orders (Adoptive Parent)
An adoption order is a court-issued document that made you the parents of your adopted child for all purposes of the law. You may need an adoption order to apply for your adopted child’s identification or other documents.
You may apply for a copy of your adopted child’s adoption order at any time. Information that identifies birth parents will be removed.
