Callers are seamlessly connected to 12 business-related programs with information about: paying taxes; hiring and staffing; and licensing, approval and publications. Customer service agents are available to help route calls to more than 70 government programs and hundreds of services that will help them do business in Ontario. Service agents can be reached between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm.
