The Change of Business Information (COBI) application allows clients to notify numerous partners of changes to their businesses. Clients can use this service free of charge to contact the Ministry of Government Services (MGS), the Ministry of Revenue (MOR), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) with new information such as changes to contact information or business addresses.
If your partnership includes different partner types, please see the section pertaining to the Ministry of Government Services for more information. This service cannot be used to amend information about a corporation (directors, officers, corporation head office address, etc.).
