1. What is the ServiceOntario Appointment Booking Service?

It is a fast and easy way to book an appointment with ServiceOntario for selected services at selected locations.

2. How long does it take to book an appointment?

The time to book an appointment will depend on the service you request. On average it takes approximately 5 – 10 minutes to book the appointment and answer the required questions.

3. How long do I book my appointment for?

The program will automatically allocate the appropriate time depending on the service you are booking your appointment for. You will find the time allocated for your appointment on your appointment confirmation page.

4. Is there a fee to use this service?

No, there is no fee for booking an appointment. However, there may be a fee for the service that you are booking the appointment for.

5. How will I know that my appointment has been booked?

At the end of your online session, the system will provide you with a confirmation number. Please print the confirmation page, keep it for your records and bring it to your appointment. You will need the confirmation number if you would like to cancel or change your appointment.

6. How do I cancel or change my appointment?

To cancel or change your appointment you will need your appointment confirmation number and one other piece of information you provided at the time of booking your appointment (e.g. Health Card number, Driver’s Licence number).
