Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 2 of Schedule 32 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Simcoe — Towns of Wasaga Beach and Collingwood

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 780 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7149 in the Town of Wasaga Beach and a point situate 750 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Poplar Sideroad in the Town of Collingwood.

(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Paragraph 8 of Part 3 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Simcoe — Township of Clearview  — Town of Wasaga Beach

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 70 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Wyant Drive in Stayner in the Township of Clearview and a point situate 420 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7149 in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

(4) Part 4 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Simcoe —Town of Wasaga Beach

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of Wasaga Beach in the County of Simcoe beginning at a point situate 280 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7149 and extending westerly for a distance of 500 metres.

Simcoe —Town of Collingwood

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of Collingwood in the County of Simcoe beginning at a point situate 250 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Poplar Sideroad and extending easterly for a distance of 500 metres.

(5) Paragraph 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is revoked.

(6) Part 6 of Schedule 32 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

Simcoe —Town of Wasaga Beach

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of Wasaga Beach in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 420 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7149 and a point situate 280 metres measured westerly from the said intersection.

Simcoe —Town of Collingwood

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Town of Collingwood in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 250 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Poplar Sideroad and a point situate 340 metres measured westerly from the westerly limit of its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 7148.

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedules:

Simcoe —Town of Wasaga Beach — Town of Collingwood

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 75th Street South in the Town of Wasaga Beach and a point situate 215 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lakeview Avenue in the Town of Collingwood.

Simcoe — Township of Clearview — Town of Wasaga Beach

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate at the easterly limit of the King’s Highway known as No.7148 in the Township of Clearview and a point situate 100 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as 75th Street South in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

Part 6

Simcoe — Town of Collingwood

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 in the Town of Collingwood in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 215 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lakeview Avenue and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 26.

That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7149 in the County of Simcoe lying between a point situate 1300 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 26 in the Township of Clearview and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 7148 in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
