Amending O. Reg. 663/98
(AREA DESCRIPTIONS)
1. Schedule 69 of Part 3 of Ontario Regulation 663/98 is revoked.
2. Schedule 73 of Part 3 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Schedule 73
That portion of Mashkinonje Provincial Park in the geographic Township of Loudon, Municipality of West Nipissing in the Territorial District of Nipissing, containing 236 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said Township of Loudon designated as Part 7 on a plan known as Mashkinonje Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on November 3, 2011 in the Office of the Surveyor General in the Ministry of Natural Resources.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2013 and the day it is filed.
