Amending O. Reg. 160/11

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS — LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2011-2012 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. (1) Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 17 (3) of Ontario Regulation 160/11 is amended by striking out “one or more” at the end and substituting “more than zero”.

(2) Subparagraph 1.2 ii of subsection 17 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “one or more” at the end and substituting “more than zero”.

2. Subparagraph 7 i of subsection 31 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “1 or more” and substituting “more than zero”.

3. (1) Subparagraph 2 i of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “1 or more” in the portion before the formula and substituting “more than zero”.

(2) Subparagraph 4 i of subsection 33 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “1 or more” in the portion before the formula and substituting “more than zero”.

4. Paragraph 2 of section 55.2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Column 4” and substituting “Column 5”.

5. Table 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
