Amending O. Reg. 134/98

(GENERAL)

1. The Table to paragraph 1 of subsection 41 (1) of Ontario Regulation 134/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. The Table to paragraph 1 of subsection 44 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. The Table to subparagraph 1 ii of section 51 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. (1) Paragraph 1 of subsection 58.3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$213” and substituting “$222”.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 58.3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$213” in the formula and substituting “$222”.

Commencement

5. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 come into force on the latest of the following:

1. August 1, 2013.

2. The day that is the first day of the third month following the month in which section 3 of Schedule 14 to Bill 65 (Prosperous and Fair Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2013) is proclaimed in force, if the section is proclaimed in force on or after July 1, 2013.

3. The day this Regulation is filed.

(3) A reference in this section to Bill 65 is a reference to a provision in the Bill as it was numbered in the first reading version of the Bill.
