Amending O. Reg. 70/09

(POSSESSION OF LIQUOR IN CERTAIN PARKS AND CONSERVATION AREAS)

1. The definition of “interior campsite” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 70/09 is revoked and the following substituted:

“interior camp-site” means a parcel of land that is operated by the superintendent for interior camping, as indicated on a current park map and designated by signs or other suitable means, and that is not directly accessible by road;

2. (1) Paragraph 17 of subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) Clause 2 (2) (c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “campsite” and substituting “camp-site”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2014 and the day it is filed.
