Community Food Program Donation Tax Credit for Farmers - Prescribed Date
Prescribed date
1. The date prescribed for the purposes of subsections 103.1.2 (3) and (4) of the Act is December 31, 2013.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the following days:
1. The day subsection 8 (2) of the Local Food Act, 2013 comes into force.
2. The day this Regulation is filed.
