Exemptions

Exemption

1. Participants in any program administered by Canadian Blood Services for the provision of bone marrow and stem cells for the benefit of recipients who are not related to the donors, and the individuals who donate blood through such a program, are exempt from subsections 3 (1) and (2) of the Act with respect to anything done in connection with such a program.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
