Amending O. Reg. 347/07

(PROVINCIAL PARKS: GENERAL PROVISIONS)

1. Subsection 13 (2) of Ontario Regulation 347/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) No person shall occupy land for non-commercial residential purposes in Algonquin Provincial Park or Rondeau Provincial Park except under a lease, licence of occupation or land use permit that expires on or before,

(a) December 31, 2038, in the case of Algonquin Provincial Park; and

(b) December 31, 2017, in the case of Rondeau Provincial Park.

(3) A person who occupies land in Algonquin Provincial Park or Rondeau Provincial Park under a lease, licence of occupation or land use permit, in accordance with subsection (2), shall comply with the terms and conditions of the lease, licence of occupation or land use permit.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
