Amending O. Reg. 670/98
(OPEN SEASONS - WILDLIFE)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 670/98 is amended by striking out “classes of firearm” and substituting “classes or types of firearm”.
2. (1) The heading to Table 7 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Game Birds other than Wild Turkey — Open Season
(when Hunting without a Falconry Bird or a Non-Indigenous Falconry Bird)
(2) Items 32 and 33 of Table 7 of the Regulation are revoked.
3. The heading to Table 7.1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Table:

Commencement
