Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 10 of Part 3 of Schedule 6 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Lanark — Town of Carleton Place and Twp. of Drummond/North Elmsley

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the County of Lanark lying between a point situate 542 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 15 in the Town of Carleton Place and a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Morris Road in the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley.

(2) Paragraph 4 of Part 5 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Lanark — Twps. of Drummond/North Elmsley and Tay Valley

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the County of Lanark lying between a point situate 470 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Morris Road in the Township of Drummond/North Elmsley and a point situate 420 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lanark Road No. 511 in the Township of Tay Valley.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
