1. The rows for Forms 5, 31 and 32 in the Table of Forms to Ontario Regulation 303/18 are amended by striking out “2019/01” wherever it appears in Column 3 and substituting in each case “2019/08”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
