Amending O. Reg. 626/00
(SMALL CLAIMS COURT JURISDICTION AND APPEAL LIMIT)
1. Subsections 1 (1) and (2) of Ontario Regulation 626/00 are amended by striking out “$25,000” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$35,000”.
2. Subsections 2 (1) and (2) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “$2,500” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$3,500”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day it is filed.
