(GENERAL)
1. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 73/94 is revoked and the following substituted:
4. Ministry of Energy.
(2) Paragraph 6 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Paragraph 7 of section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and Long Term Care”.
(4) Paragraph 10 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
10. Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.
(5) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
10.1 Ministry of Long-Term Care.
10.2 Ministry of Mines.

2. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
