Dissolution of Corporation, transfer of assets and liabilities

1. The Northern Ontario Grow Bonds Corporation is dissolved and all its assets and liabilities are hereby transferred to and vested in the Crown in right of Ontario, without compensation. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 30, s. 1.

Continued immunity

2. No action or other civil proceeding shall be commenced against a former director, officer, employee or agent of the Northern Ontario Grow Bonds Corporation for any act done in good faith in the exercise or performance or intended exercise or performance of a power or duty under the Northern Ontario Grow Bonds Corporation Act, 2004, the regulations made under that Act, a directive issued under subsection 8 (1) of that Act or the by-laws of the Northern Ontario Grow Bonds Corporation or for any neglect or default in the exercise or performance in good faith of such a power or duty. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 30, s. 2.
