Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) diced cooked Ontario Beets
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped drained deli herring
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) light mayonnaise
  • Black pepper
  • Crisp tartlet shells
  • Celery leaves

Instructions

Combine 1 cup (250 mL) diced cooked Ontario Beets, 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped drained deli herring tidbits in wine, 2 tbsp (25 mL) light mayonnaise and generous amount of black pepper. Spoon into bought crisp tartlet shells and garnish each with piece of celery leaf.
