Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light Ontario Sour Cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) coarsely grated well-drained Ontario Greenhouse Cucumber
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon pepper and a pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
Combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, lemon pepper and powder.
Serve with assorted vegetable crudités and torn pieces of pita bread.
