- 1 apple, coarsely chopped
- 1 pear, coarsely chopped
- 2 plums, sliced
- 1/2 melon, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) apple juice
Quarter and core 1 apple and 1 pear; coarsely chop and add to plastic container with 2 sliced plums and 1/4 peeled, seeded and chopped melon. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) apple juice over fruit and mix gently to combine. Spoon into 4 individual plastic containers with lids; cover and refrigerate. Keeps 2 days refrigerated.
