Make your own fruit salad to go. Your kids will love helping to make this yummy snack for their lunches.
- 1 Ontario Apple, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 Ontario Pear, cored and coarsely chopped
- 2 Ontario Plums, sliced
- Half Ontario Muskmelon (Cantaloupe), peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) apple juice
In large bowl, add apple, pear, plums and melon. Pour apple juice over fruit and mix gently to combine. Spoon into 4 individual containers with lids; cover and refrigerate. Keeps 2 days refrigerated.
