Application
1. The Corporations Information Act applies to a community care access corporation. O. Reg. 95/09, s. 1.
Modification
2. In the case of a community care access corporation that exists under the Act on the day this Regulation comes into force, the requirement in subsection 2 (2) of the Corporations Information Act shall be read as a requirement to file an initial return within 60 days after that day.
