Distress exemptions
1. Subsections 15 (1), (2) and (3) of the Act do not apply in respect of,
(a) hunting as permitted under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, other than hunting activities already described in clause 15 (4) (a) of the Act; or
(b) permitting hunting as described in clause (a).
2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
