REDUCTION OF DISPENSING FEES

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. For the purpose of subsection 44 (4) of the Act, any dispensing fees payable on or after April 1, 1994 by the Minister of Health under subsections 3 (8) and (10) of Regulation 868 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 (made under the Ontario Drug Benefit Act) shall be reduced by 17 cents and 36 cents respectively.
