Public bodies

1. The following are public bodies for the purpose of the Act:

Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario.

The Law Society of Upper Canada.

Ontario Pension Benefits Guarantee Fund.

Note: On the day section 29 of Schedule A to the Electricity Restructuring Act, 2004 is proclaimed in force, the Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

2. Ontario Power Authority is a public body for the purposes of the Act. O. Reg. 418/04, s. 1.
