Amending Reg. 768 of R.R.O. 1990

(SURVEYS OF MINING CLAIMS)

1. Subsection 20 (1) of Regulation 768 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Commissioner” and substituting “Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 7 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
