All individuals 6 months of age and older can book an appointment for an updated COVID-19 vaccine starting in the fall.

Populations at high-risk of infection can book an appointment for an additional dose in the spring.

When it’s time to book your next dose:

  • You can check with participating pharmacies for appointments. Visit COVID-19 pharmacy vaccine locations (ontario.ca) to find a location near you.
  • If you have had one or more non-Health Canada authorized vaccines, need additional assistance booking an appointment, or to book an appointment between the minimum and recommended intervals please call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900, available in more than 300 languages, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time (TTY for people who are deaf, hearing-impaired or speech-impaired: 1-866-797-0007).
  • For information about what is happening in your community, contact your local public health unit or visit their website for more information.

Book your vaccine appointment

Everyone aged six months and older is eligible to receive an annual COVID-19 vaccine in the fall. Populations at high risk for severe outcomes are eligible for an additional dose in the spring. If you are currently eligible you can book your appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine.
If you don’t have a green photo health card, you can book an appointment through the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900, available in more than 300 languages, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time (TTY for people who are deaf, hearing-impaired or speech-impaired: 1-866-797-0007).

No green health card?
