1. For the purpose of the definition of “e-Laws website” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act, www.ontario.ca/laws and www.ontario.ca/fr/lois are prescribed.

Application

2. Section 1 applies only after the website of the Government of Ontario for statutes, regulations and related materials ceases to be available at www.e-laws.gov.on.ca.

3. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
