Designation

1. The properties listed in Schedule 1 are designated as qualifying assets for the purposes of the Act.

2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).

LISTED properties

1. The following are the properties referred to in section 1 of the Regulation:

1. Part of Lots 21 and 22 in Concession 5, designated as Parts 1 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R-29974 and Part 2 on Reference Plan 40R-25008 identified as Property Identifier Number 26402-0065 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

2. Part of the road allowance between Lots 20 and 21 in Concession 5, designated as Part 25 on Reference Plan 40R-29955 identified as Property Identifier Number 26402-0101 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).

3. Part of Lots 19 and 20 in Concession 5, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 40R-25008, Parts 1 and 6 on Reference Plan 40R-29608 and Part 31 on Reference Plan 40R-29955 identified as Property Identifier Number 26402-0093 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40).
