PRESCRIBED SEXUAL ACTS

Prescribed sexual acts

1. The offences mentioned in the following provisions of the Criminal Code (Canada) are prescribed acts of a sexual nature for the purposes of the definition of “prescribed sexual act”:

1. Sections 151, 152, 153, 153.1.

2. Subsections 160 (1), (2) and (3).

3. Sections 162, 162.1, 170, 171.1, 172.1, 172.2, 271, 272 and 273.

4. Subsections 286.1 (1) and (2).
