EXCEPTIONS FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUBSECTION 62.0.2 (1) OF THE ACT

Exceptions for purposes of s. 62.0.2 (1) of Act

1. (1) Subsection 62.0.2 (1) of the Act does not apply to the following undertakings:

1. Undertakings that propose to erect or locate any building, structure, plant or other item if any portion of the building, structure, plant or item would penetrate the OLS elevation contours in the obstacle limitation surface for the Hospital for Sick Children Heliport, as shown on the map numbered 345 and filed at the Toronto office of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing located at 777 Bay Street.

2. Undertakings that propose to erect or locate any building, structure, plant or other item if any portion of the building, structure, plant or item would penetrate the OLS elevation contours in the obstacle limitation surface for the St. Michael’s Hospital Heliport, as shown on the map numbered 346 and filed at the Toronto office of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing located at 777 Bay Street.

(2) An order made under clause 47 (1) (a) of the Act applies in respect of an undertaking described in subsection 62.0.2 (1) of the Act.
