Amending O. Reg. 323/07

(ROYALTY ON DIAMONDS)

1. Subsection 12 (3) of Ontario Regulation 323/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) An operator with an overdue balance is liable to pay interest, when assessed for it by the Minister, which shall be calculated and charged daily on the overdue balance from the date of assessment at the daily interest rate, and which shall be payable on the date on which it is charged.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
