Amending O. Reg. 156/18

(GENERAL MATTERS UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER)

1. (1) Subsection 54 (11) of Ontario Regulation 156/18 is amended by striking out “June 30, 2020” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “December 31, 2020”.

(2) Paragraph 2 of subsection 54 (11) of the Regulation is amended by adding “of the Act” after “section 124”.

O. Reg. 87/20

2. Subsection 3 (2) of Ontario Regulation 87/20 is amended by striking out “July 1, 2020” at the end and substituting “January 1, 2021”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
