Amending O. Reg. 454/09
(PRESCRIBED TEMPORARY INDEXING FACTOR)
1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 454/09 is amended by striking out “2014 and 2015” and substituting “2014, 2015 and 2016”.
(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2) For the purposes of subsections 51 (5) and 52 (1.3) of the Act, a temporary indexing factor of 1 per cent shall be applied for 2017.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
