Amending Reg. 627 of R.R.O. 1990

(USE OF CONTROLLED-ACCESS HIGHWAYS BY PEDESTRIANS)

1. Section 2 of Regulation 627 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “part of the King’s Highway” and substituting “part of the King’s Highway or to the private toll highway”.

2. Paragraphs 1 and 1.1 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

1. All of the King’s Highways known as Nos. 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 409, 410, 412, 416, 417 and 427 and the Queen Elizabeth Way.

1.1 All of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.

1.2 All of the private toll highway known as Highway 407.

2. All of the King’s Highway known as No. 400, except for that part of King’s Highway No. 400 known as Rose Street in the City of Barrie in the County of Simcoe beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Simcoe County Road 27 (also known as Bayfield Street) and extending northerly for a distance of 230 metres.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 18, 2015 and the day it is filed.
