Amending Reg. 628 of R.R.O. 1990
(VEHICLE PERMITS)
1. The definition of “valid CVOR certificate” in subsection 8.0.1 (5) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “as defined in subsection 16 (1) of the Act” in the portion before clause (a).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Fighting Fraud and Reducing Automobile Insurance Rates Act, 2014 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
