Council Composition - Regional Municipality of Halton

Municipality may exercise power

1. The Regional Municipality of Halton may exercise its power under section 218 of the Act to change the composition of its council by,

(a) increasing the number of members from the Town of Milton from three to five; and

(b) increasing the number of members from the Town of Oakville from seven to eight.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
