Amending O. Reg. 13/07
(ONTARIO DEPOSIT RETURN PROGRAM)
1. The definition of “Brewers Retail Inc. packaging return system” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 13/07 is amended by striking out “clause 35 (3) (a) of the Waste Diversion Act, 2002” and substituting “clause 69 (3) (a) of the Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2016”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 69 of Schedule 2 to the Waste-Free Ontario Act, 2016 comes into force and the day it is filed.
