Amending O. Reg. 73/94

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 73/94 is revoked.

(2) Paragraph 3 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Ministry of Economic Development and Growth.

(3) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

8.1 Ministry of Housing.

8.2 Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation.

8.3 Ministry of Infrastructure.

(4) Paragraph 10 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

10. Ministry of Municipal Affairs.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) Paragraph 3 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Ministry of Economic Development and Growth.

(3) Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

8.1 Ministry of Housing.

8.2 Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation.

8.3 Ministry of Infrastructure.

(4) Paragraph 10 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

10. Ministry of Municipal Affairs.

3. (1) Subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

1.2 Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016.

(2) Paragraph 22 of subsection 3 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. Paragraph 3 of subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. Ministry of Municipal Affairs.

5. Paragraph 6 of section 5 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

6. Ministry of Housing.

6.1 Ministry of Municipal Affairs.

6. Subsection 6 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

7. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
