Amending O. Reg. 340/94
(DRIVERS’ LICENCES)
1. Paragraphs 1 and 6 of subsection 26 (1) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 are revoked and the following substituted:
1. For a Class A, B, C, D, E or F driver’s road test, $96.75.
. . . . .
6. For an examination of a person’s knowledge of the Act and the regulations under it, $23.25.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
