Amending Reg. 70 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 65 (13) of Regulation 70 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(13) There is no fee payable by an applicant on application for a licence or renewal of a licence under subsection (3) to place children for adoption.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2017 and the day it is filed.
