Amending O. Reg. 444/98
(DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY)
1. (1) Ontario Regulation 444/98 is amended by adding the following section:
1.3 (1) If the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board adopts a resolution under clause 194 (3) (a) of the Act that the real property described in subsection (3) of this section is not required for the purposes of the board, the board may lease the property to the Trillium Lakelands District School Board.
(2) Sections 5, 8 and 11 and subsection 13 (2) apply, with necessary modifications, to a lease under subsection (1) of this section.
(3) The real property referred to in subsection (1) is the land described as follows:
1. Parcel 11473 Section Muskoka; Part Lot 37 Concession 11, Baxter; Part Lot 38 Concession 11 Baxter as in LT22754; Georgian Bay; The District Municipality of Muskoka. PIN 48015-0636.
2. Parcel 7600 Section Muskoka; Part Lot 38 Concession 11 Baxter as in LT16047; Georgian Bay; The District Municipality of Muskoka. PIN 48015-0095.
(2) Section 1.3 of the Regulation, as enacted by subsection (1), is revoked.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on December 31, 2017.
