(INVESTMENT AGREEMENTS - PRESCRIBED ADDITIONAL PERSONS OR BODIES UNDER CLAUSE 420 (2) (A) OF THE ACT)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 84/16 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
4. Local Authority Services.
5. CHUMS Financing Corporation.
6. Association of Municipalities of Ontario.
7. Municipal Finance Officers’ Association of Ontario.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
